Registration Form & Rules ELEIA Campout Weekends

NO Alcoholic beverages, glass containers, illegal drugs or fireworks of any kind are allowed on park property.

Violators are subject to immediate removal from park.

Campout Weekend Rules

1. All park rules will be enforced. Click HERE to review.  Copies of Park Rules available at the Business Office.
2. All campers and guests are required register at the Gatehouse or the Business Office.
3. Registration will close at 8:30pm. No Late check-in’s will be allowed.
4. At least one adult member in good standing must stay overnight at each campsite.
5. Every camper will wear a wristband. Wristbands will be placed on by ELEIA staff at Check-In.
6. Members are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests.
7. Gates are locked from 10pm – 7am. Designated Camp Host can open gates if needed.
8. Quiet time begins at 10:30pm
9. Fires are NOT permitted on the ground or ELEIA barbeque grills. Member supplied freestanding pits are allowed
10. In case of emergency contact the Designated Camp Host or call Park Office: 248-636-6659
11. The Waterford Police may be called to resolve conflicts
12. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Designated Camp Host or Manager on Duty. Documented complaints will be reviewed by the Board of Directors.
13. VEHICLES: From 9pm Friday night to 10am Sunday (Monday on Labor Day Weekend) ALL vehicles must be parked in designated parking lots. (exclusions: motorhomes and campers)
14. NO SWIMMING after dark.
15. Any rule violation may result in immediate removal from the park, temporary loss of Member in Good Standing status and appearance before the board.
